Course Description
The Schuylkill Yards Development is a 14-acre, mixed-use project consisting of parks, public plaza, office, life science, and retail spaces located directly adjacent to Amtrak 30th Street Station in University City. Brandywine Realty Trust is developing this project in partnership with Drexel University. This presentation will highlight the Schuylkill Yards Masterplan, phases currently under design and construction, the PWD stormwater banking and trading program being implemented across the development, and key challenges associated with this development, including proximity to SEPTA railyard and underground tunnels.
